We are here for you.

Do you need help or support? Whatever challenges you are facing, we are here to support, pray and encourage.

At ICC, we have a dedicated pastoral team working together to cover all aspects of our congregation’s various needs. These include hospitalisation, bereavement, counselling, prayer support and much more. 

Our mission is to be an expression of our Saviour’s great love, and to set the stage for the full manifestation of His finished work in each and every one of these precious lives!


We strongly encourage every member to be part of a connect group because this is where pastoral care begins.

Helping singles to discover who they are and how to choose and prepare themselves for life partner.

Discovery

 

The Discovery course is designed to facilitate robust conversations for those couples who are dating exclusively to know each other better and to learn proper dating etiquette.

Marriage Preparation 
(Engaged Couples)

 

ICC offers a five sessions Marriage Preparation course to help prepare couples for their life long commitment in marriage. After the course, you will also receive individual sessions with one of the pastors, providing guidance in the areas of communication, marriage expectations, managing conflict as well as how to prepare for the wedding day.

Marriage on Track 
(Newly Married Couples)

 

Are you a newly married couple (1-5 years)? Marriage on Track is designed to help newlyweds build a strong foundation in their life-long commitment. Learn how to navigate differences in your marriage over topics such as communication, in-law relationships, finances and more! At the end of the course, get ready for a romantic weekend getaway!

Marriage Alpha
(Married Couples)

 

A strong, loving and lifelong relationship doesn’t happen by chance.  It takes effort and dedication to keep the fun and romance alive. Would you like your marriage to be the best it can be? This course runs over 7 sessions (which includes an information night and graduation dinner) and aims to empower couples to experience maximum enjoyment and commitment in their relationship. (TBC)

Parenthood Preparation
 

 

​Our post-natal support mums and dads are here to provide listening ears and prayer support to new mothers, share their post-natal experiences and provide appropriate advice as and when it’s needed.  Practical support is also offered through our connect groups.

Bereavement

 

Our pastoral team are experienced in helping families in this very difficult time of grieving and loss.  We can help organise funeral and memorial services (including the order of service, musicians flowers), and wakes. We will arrange professional funeral directors who can help provide funeral services.

We have leaders who will visit someone in the hospital, providing care and prayer for these difficult times in your life.

Pastoral Guidance

Although we have pastors who can offer pastoral, spiritual advice and prayer, we can also recommend people to professional counselling services in the areas of relationship counselling, dealing with addictions and or mental health.

Refugee Support Services

We offer life skills training and job search assistance for refugees through the courses offered at Multicultural Community Centre

International Student Care (Catalyst Club)

We have leaders who have experienced overseas student life and can help new students who are trying to settle into student life in Australia.
 

Soulfull Food Program
 

The Food Program provides free food parcels containing essential groceries to those who are finding it tough to get by. We are also looking for volunteers to donate (food or money), or help with packing and delivering the food.
