Rev Jonathan Mok
Senior Minister
Pastor Jonathan Mok is the Senior Minister of International City Church. A gifted Bible teacher, Jonathan is passionate about equipping and empowering people to go and make disciples of all nations. His heart is to see the church become a house of prayer for all nations and raise up strategic regional and national prayer altars. Jonathan has a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Chicago, and worked as a soliticitor before entering full time ministry in 2001. Jonathan and his wife, Deborah are happily married with two children, Zara and Ethan.

Rev Faith Leong
Executive Minister
Born in Malaysia, Rev Faith (Ngar Fei) Leong is the Executive Minister of ICC. Faith is a gifted evangelical preacher who loves to share the gospel across all cultures. She has a passion for church planting, discipling new believers, engaging in campus ministry and equipping leaders. Faith is also the Director of Studies and a Lecturer at the International Christian College (trading as Asian Pacific Institute). Faith holds a Masters of Theology from the University of Manchester, UK. She calls Brisbane home with her two adult children, Michelle and Jonathan.

Rev David Mok
Emeritus Founding Minister
Pastor David founded International City Church in 1987 (known then, as the Chinatown Christian Assembly in Brisbane's Chinatown), together with his wife, Pastor Jeannie Mok. David is a passionate and anointed speaker who ministers locally and internationally to train and equip leaders. He is also actively involved in life coaching. David is the author of ’26 days with Titus’ and the co-author of ‘ISIS (Infrastructure of Satan in Society) in the Seven Worlds’. Before becoming a minister, David was a Biochemistry lecturer at the University of Malaya, Malaysia and PhD student at the University of Queensland. He was also a business owner of two restaurants in Brisbane between 1981 to 1991.

Rev Jeannie Mok OAM
Founding Minister
Pastor Jeannie has a heart for serving the community and those who are marginalised. Currently, Jeannie is the Director (Volunteer) of Multicultural Community Centre and Founding Principal of Asian Pacific Institute. She was awarded the Order of Australia Medal in 2013 and is an influential community leader in the multicultural community in Queensland, winning the Centenary medal and Premiers award for multiculturalism. She is also the author of numerous books, including ‘ISIS (Infrastructure of Satan in Society) in the Seven Worlds’, the Cherbourg Dorm Girls, The Technicolour Church and the New Wave. Before accepting her call to be a pastor, Jeannie was a lecturer in the University of Malaya and a Senior English teacher at Brisbane Boys’ College.

Rev Olivia Teoh
Executive Minister - Pastoral Care and Connect Group
Rev Olivia was born in Hong Kong. She was a financial planner and worked in the Queensland Government for several years. Coming from a broken family herself, Olivia’s greatest passion is to see people experience the wholeness of God. She oversees all the multicultural Connect groups as well as the pastoral care for ICC. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Theology and is a great communicator and Bible teacher. Olivia is married to David, with three beautiful children, Jasmine, Ashley and Riley.

Ps Michael Chong
Pastoral Assistant
Pastor Michael has a Degree in Commerce from UQ and a Diploma in Multicultural Ministry from the Asian Pacific Institute. Michael has a pastoral heart and is passionate about discipling and empowering the next generation. He is married to Cammy, and has two children, Samuel and Eliana.

Ps Allen & Debbie Sen
Pastoral Care Pastor
Pastor Allen completed his courses in Ministry and Theology with Christian Outreach Centre Bible College and School of Ministries. They are ordained Senior Pastors and have pastored churches in Fiji, United Kingdom and Australia for the past 30 years. Allen and Debbie are married and have three children.

Ps Rolando Pisia
Youth and Community Outreach Pastor
Pastor Rolando served many years ago as a Pastor of a Multicultural church but then he moved into the corporate world. Now, the Lord has called him to this house to build up the multicultural vision. Rolando is passionate about reaching the youth, especially youth at risk. He is a dynamic speaker and evangelist. He is married to Cheyenne, and has four children, Blessing, Destiny, Judah and Asher.

Ps Alan & Pat Wills
Evangelist
Pastor Alan Wills is an anointed preacher and one on one evangelist with a heart for souls, healings and miracles. His passion for the lost, sick and poor has led him to minister in 20 different nations of the world through street evangelistic crusades, pastors conferences and church meetings. The fruit of his ministry is evidenced on and off the platform by dramatic salvations and healings, many of which have occurred in his day to day life of God encounters. With 30 years full time ministry experience Alan has the heart of a local pastor, having pioneered and pastored Bridgeman Life Church, a thriving church on the northside of Brisbane. His mission as an evangelist is first to the lost, whether preaching to thousands or to the one, and second to the church, rekindling the fire of revival in the body of Christ worldwide.

Jassica Chia
Kids Leader
Jassica has been a connect pastor and committed ICC member over the past 12 years. In September 2020, she responded to the call of God to serve in kids ministry. A mum to 2 beautiful boys, Jass has a pastoral heart for families and the next generation. She is a relational, passionate, and kind leader. Jassica is married to Joe Chia, who serves on the Board and they are blessed with two children, Caleb and Isaac.
